In exchange (CoAuthor Rights): 

• CoAuthor owns rights to their submission in the book only. Visionary owns the copyright of the collection. 
• Opportunity to Sell the Book on their website, email, and social media. (the book CANNOT be uploaded by CoAuthor to Amazon KDP, B&N, IngramSpark, or any other such platform in ANY format.)
• CoAuthor will retain 100% proceeds from their own individual Book sales.

• Visionary will cover cost of production - compilation, editing, formatting, and promotional graphics
• Co-Author grants Visionary Author rights to publish the anthology in both print and electronic formats. Visionary Author has the continuing non-exclusive right to reproduce the work or print the work in further editions.
• Co-Author grants the Visionary Authors the right to publish, in print or electronic format, short selections from the anthology for publicity purposes. Co-Author grants the Visionary Authors the right to use the co-author’s name, image, likeness, and biographical material for advertising and promotion of the anthology.
